Archaeological Officers, Assistant Projects Officers and Project Officers required
Financial: £17,500 - £22,500 depending on role and experience with generous benefits package
Timescale: Posts are tenable with immediate effect, and subject to successful completion of a 3 month probationary period, will become permanent positions thereafter.
Details: Applications are invited for highly motivated and professional individuals with sound field experience, a full driving license and own vehicle and a CSCS card. We are excited to hear from anyone who fulfils these criteria. We have a variety of projects coming on stream and are looking to recruit for a variety of roles. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals able to undertake watching briefs, undertake evaluation trenching, excavation work and produce reports. Training will be provided to support the professional development of the successful individuals.
There are openings at our Bakewell and Tyneside offices and possibly for strategically-placed home-workers (e.g. Gloucestershire). Although each post will be attached to a given office will be required to work away from home around the UK from time to time depending on where jobs are located.
You must have excellent written and oral English skills together with strong IT skills and ideally have some experience in the use of CAD and/or GIS. We are looking for hard working and dependable individuals who can be trusted to follow instructions and deliver projects. Career progression and promotion prospects exist for high performing individuals.
